In connection with the termination of validity certificate of accreditation (1/16/2011) Personnel Certification Body in the field of non destructive testing (PCB "UkrSRINDT") filed an application for the re-accreditation and related documents to the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU).
During 23-24 December 2010, after the provided documents were examined, NAAU audited the conformity of activity of PCB "UkrSRINDT" to the requirements of standards ISO / IEC 17024 and EN 473:2008. Audit was led by the chief auditor of NAAU, Chekalin Andrey, member of the audit team consisted of the NAAU observer, Demchenko Elena, and expert of NAAU, Kazakevich Michael. The representatives of PCB “UkrSRINDT” and within its certification system TC "Ultracon-Service and ECNDT "Promprylad” took part in audit.
Audit of PCB “UkrSRINDT” was conducted in accordance with approved plan and included an audit of all the elements of activity of both the PCB and its subcontractors. The audition process also conducted surveillance of the qualification examination procedure of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) (general, special and practical tests for Level II qualification in the 8th sector “Railway transport”). The practical use of procedures for conducting examination in accordance with the requirements of standard EN 473:2008 and the quality system of PCB “UkrSRINDT” was demonstrated by the Examiner – Galanenko Denis and the candidate – Koval Alexander during the observation.

Generally, inspection of the conformity of activity of PCB "UkrSRINDT" to the requirements of standards ISO / IEC 17024 and EN 473:2008, as also an audit to re-accreditation of PCB, ended with positive result.
