All Ukraine regional competition of products quality "100 best goods of Ukraine-2012" is tradititonally carried out by the State Inspection of Ukraine on Consumer Protection under patronage of the President of Ukraine.

Assessment methodology and the criteria by which the goods are selected to participate in the state competition "100 best goods of Ukraine", consider the products quality and competitiveness, the level of organoleptical properties, the presence or absence of complaints from consumers and regulatory authorities, the use of raw materials, stability level of quality indicators, tax discipline of enterprises, public opinion about the enterprise and much more. Thus, the competition "100 best goods of Ukraine" does not advertise brands, but notes those enterprises that produce the highest quality products, whose skills can be an example for others"
